Standing Pilates Bar Workout
This is one of those fabulous workouts that looks simple and sounds easy HOWEVER this Standing Workout is neither of those things.
If you look closely you’ll see my legs shaking on a number of occasions, surely that’s reason enough to watch it and participate!!
If you need more of an incentive then I can tell you that your balance will be challenged & you will 💯 feel the work in your quads, calves, glutes, core, upper body ….. so know we have a Standing Full Body workout that is perfect when you are short on time and want to work effectively and efficiently x

She did the best pilates bar workout on CZcams. She showed the posture, showed it with time and the routine is so effective. I have watched every single routine on CZcams and this is hands down the best because she is not a model she is actually an instructor who knows what to do and how.

Just got a bar, and I’m loving your workouts. I’m 65 and an ‘old ballerina’, so very flexible, but finding age is changing things. These workouts are perfect! Would love to see more between 15-20 minutes long.

When we are doing this with you do we need to do more reps than you show?

Do as many reps as you want? The same as me, less or more , you choose, it’s 💯 about making these workouts work for you based on your energy levels, strength & experience xx
