Lower Body Pilates Bar
All the fun with your bar. It’s always great to mix things up, and I really enjoyed creating & filming this workout for you.
The bar adds challenge whilst supporting your movements. Your upper body and core will also play a huge part in this workout as we aim to stabilise and isolate the movement to hips & glutes.
As ever enjoy, listen to your bodies, rest if you need to and add more reps should you wish x
Anyone following this class does so at their own risk. It is your personal responsibility to work safely and within your own limits.

Great workout! I love the 40 minute workouts for all body workout. But the 10/15 minute videos are also good - I just keep adding on until I feel I'm done.

Listen to your body, enjoy 😍
Rest when and if you need to, do more if you feel you can. Follow the 28 Day Challenge but dont feel you have to do consecutive days.. take rest days as and when x

Hpw often should we do these workouts to see results? Like how many times a week?
Without any lead up, activity or warning, one day I woke up and could not move my right arm. MRI indicates osteoarthritis. I love your workouts, and I could do them a few months ago, but not now. My question is, keeping in mind arthritis is incurable, can I get my strength and mobility back?
this was too difficult on my wrists :( great workout nonetheless
