Abs Abs Abs and WALKING of course! Wow what a challenging walking workout, that I KNOW you can make it through.
If you enjoy Chloe Ting 2 Week Shred, Pamela Reif workouts, Lilly Sabri and more, but need a workout that is low impact but EFFECTIVE, you're going to love this fat burning routine; trust me it burns a lot of calories and is a lot of fun.
If you cannot make it through the first time, come back to it every day and do a little bit more.
If you stay consistent, you will see results, but you have to put in the work!
In order to lose belly fat (especially the lower part), here are some tips to follow that will make it a whole lot easier:
1. SLEEP MORE - girl, if you arent getting 7 hours of sleep (naps count too), its time to get some more z's in! Sleeping an adequate amount has DRAMATICALLY sped up my weight loss results. If you struggle with getting enough sleep, try avoiding all electronics after 7pm and start a bedtime routine that will help you wind down
2. EAT WHOLE FOODS - if you're eating the right foods, they will FUEL you and support your goals. Theres nothing worse than doing an amazing job with your workouts and then consistently sabotaging all your efforts with over eating. Not knowing where to start with your nutrition can really be challenging, so I’ve made it easy for you to figure our your own specific needs with my simple growwithjo personalized calorie calculator; you can find it here: growwithjo.app/calculator/ This tool will help you know exactly how many calories you should be consuming daily to reach your personal goal! Its really as simple as that!
3. KEEP MOVING - even if you are exercising every day, if you are laying around for the rest of the day, it can be counteracting all your efforts. Try to get up and move every 30-60 mins when you are working at a desk.
4. CALORIC DEFICIT - in order for you to lose weight, you must be in a caloric deficit. Figure out what that number is for you, and if you can try tracking your meals (even just for a short time) to know how much you are eating and see if it is according to your goals. You could be overeating and not know it!
If you enjoyed this workout, make sure to give it a BIG THUMBS UP! my goal for this video is to hit 10k LIKES! I know we can do it!

You are so right I've been doing this workout since I found it! I suffer from PCOS it doesn't leave me all tired and starving compared to other workouts.

I admit, i was going to do only 20mins, then told myself that i could go up to 30mins. I was really about to stop when I saw you whispering "don't give up", and that was the motivation i needed. Today I'm proud to say that for the first time of my life, i completed something. I even rewarded myself with 10 mins of dancing afterwards. I never felt that fit. Thank you Jo
the same thing happened to me i was literally going to stop the video and that whisper "dont give up " made me keep going lol and i actually completed on the first try i normally stop with other youtube videos. Even the smile made me smile whilst doing the work out.

Omggg youre so stunninggggg keep goinnnn!!!🎉🎉🎉
I discovered you today….5 months postpartum. I sat my baby in the swing, he started crying, instead of quitting halfway through, I put my baby in the baby wrap & modified a lot, kept walking with my 20 lb baby on me & made it through! I plan to keep this up. I feel really good & proud of myself. Thanks Jojo for the inspiration!🎉❤
You go mama
oh I remember the fresh baby stage(he's now 3 and loves to workout with his mama)! when the going gets rough, you overcame that obstacle of your baby crying and the urge to quit with perfection! I had to learn to incorporate my baby because I found myself getting frustrated when he wouldn't take a nap for me to workout or just take a "fake nap" for 15 minutes etc lol. When I did the workouts with my baby it didn't make me feel so selfish or neglectful or whatever I was feeling on those down days. Love this and keep it up mama!

Today marks day 1 of me completing this workout!! I’m 25 and am 234 lbs and a former athlete. It can be super defeating starting something new and expecting to keep up with the pace of the instructor the entire time, but I’m determined to stay consistent and keep going.
I had to stop several times but made sure to keep moving. I’m gonna do this along with walking for at least 30 mins a day for a week. Will give updates. Thank you Jo ✌🏾✨💥
Hon keep updating us 🥹 I'm gonna start too
Do you know how many calories it does burn from this exercise only??
How's it going❤
This is my third day doing this workout, The first two days I couldn't do it I did half one day and another half yesterday. Today I went all in. I pray that everyone, who like me has fallen off the wagon over and over again, please keep on keeping on. We've got God by our side. We can do it. Definitely during a review on my channel after I see a difference.
Same here. I did have and have 😄😄
Im with you. I am trying to get back on track.
Next time try to push you hard and give you some goal during the video like: “Let’s try 10 more minutes it for my own health” And trust me it’s working because every time I see that I want to give up I try to push really hard to finish the workout!
I’ve been doing this workout for over a week now and I’m 72 years old. It sure get the heart pumping and I’m hoping I see the results that you’ve seen Jo. This particular workout is the one that seems to give me a workout that challenges me but doesn’t frustrate me. Thanks.
ok morning Judy, i was searching though CZcams to find a 30 min cardio to do and came across this, wasn't really feeling it until i saw your post . you inspired me to do it. I will let you know if i survive!
Goodluck!
Thanks I needed it I couldn’t even type after that really enjoyed it
How much did u lose in a week
@@cherishabanum4105 I didn't loose any weight but i feel that I slimmed down a bit. Also I didn't change my eating habits.
Hey Guys!
Day 1: DONE. I did the entire exercise without taking a single break. I wanted to give up exactly after 15 mins but I reminded myself 5 more mins then I'll stop, when it was 20 mins I reminded myself "okay after 10 mins it's gonna be 30 mins so I'm just gonna stop there" When it was 30 mins, I reminded myself "almost 15 mins to go and the workout is gonna be complete, so why stop? " And I did it! But incase you feel really sick, take a break and then continue because health first always 💗 Otherwise yall can try this method which I'm following. ALSO I'M SO SO PROUD OF YOU, YOU ARE GORG GORG 💖 I'm gonna keep updating
This is my first day doing this workout too! We got this!!!!
Thank you, Jo, for this 🔥🔥🔥workout!!!
I was able to complete the entire workout on my first attempt but I’ve been doing Leslie Sansone’s Walk at Home workouts for 3 years so I have a good cardio fitness baseline to start: but boy, oh, boy did Jo have me SWEATING, like DRENCHED, and breathing HARD! I will DEFINITELY incorporate Jo into a weekly workout to give my WAH workouts a boost!
And to anyone out there struggling to get healthy: just keep going! I could barely finish a 20 minute workout when I first started but I kept exercising 3x a week for 20/20/30 minutes and increased my time by 10 minutes one day every 4 weeks until now I’m at an hour of cardio 3-4x a week. You WILL get there!
Also, I encourage people to focus on your internal numbers-blood pressure, A1C, metabolic panel, cholesterol, resting heart rate-instead of the numbers on the scale. I’ve lost 60 pounds because what you do to improve those internal numbers will reflect on the scale. And finally, what you do to improve your heart health improves your physical health and what you do to improve your physical health improves your brain health in this cycle of health. Heart, body, mind.
You’ll get there, I promise. And just know I’m rooting for you, always.
42 exercises all together, 21 until water break, 21 until finished. Hope that helped!
i love comments like these tysm

Hi! I just wanted to thank you Jo! It's the first workout that's that long but so fun in the process! The music, you smiling and the though that I can do this really pushed me to finish the whole workout with you! I burned 811 calories at the end of this amazing workout today! With my bpm close to 182 I suppose, I am sure it was atleast at 162 but it was really high! I really felt the burn and I managed to keep pushing myself! I tried so many workouts that were like 5, 7 minutes but I was so unmotivated to do them because the exercises weren't to my liking, but wow your workout is 40 minutes long and I still managed to do it! Still with stoping a little to catch my breath for a few seconds, and because my legs were hurting a little because of my weight but I syill did it and with the promised result that I got I really want to do this again tomorrow! Again thank you Jo!❤️
Update: y'all don't forget to stretch tho when i first did that workout a few days ago it took me like 3 to get moving again and I did 20 min of this before, haha. And also after waiting a bit stretching a little and standing in place writing this comment my watch shows 994 calories burned! The workout is 40 min long but the after effects of it are hours longer! Makes me want to have a diet, even when I though about eating an ice cream before for like a reward thing you know...but not anymore! 1011 calories at the end of the comment!❤️
I know this workout is old, but this probably the hardest workout that I have ever done of yours. This was sweaty, challenging, and almost fun lol!! I have been working out your videos here and there for the past year but I was never consistent. This January I have been consistent 5-6 times/week and I am loving it!! awesome workout.
Made it to the last minutes of this workout, one advice is to do it at your own pace and please take breaks when you really need to, if no one here heard that someone is proud of them, I will say it because I genuinely care and I am proud of each and every one of you and you should be even more proud, even if you did only 20 minutes or 10 or 15, you still got up and DID IT ❤Much love from Sweden to Jo and all you sweet, strong people ❤
This put a smile on my face, I managed to do literally only 20 minutes. Thank you, your message encourages me to keep going! ❤❤❤

Don't usually comment on videos, but I wanna share this with you. I was going to give up twice, but I pushed thru. I think it's amazing how you combine 'hard' then 'easy' moves every now and then, keeping me motivated to continue. When you counted down at the end of the workout, I was about to cry because I felt good about myself. I needed that good feeling. Thank you!

Hi Jo! I did this workout two years ago and i have nothing but good things to say about this whole Routine. I broke my leg last November and only able to start walking again since last month. I target to lose all the weight/fat that i gained from being inactive before i start working again. Wish me luck! And good luck for everyone that follow along this journey❤
I did it🎉🎉!! It's been a minute since I completed a full workout. Her smile kept me pushing. Motivated me through the screen.
I am 166cm and 54kg and burned 300 calories (fitbit). I exercise at least 5 days a week and am pretty fit. Hope this helps someone! Absolutely loved this workout! Will 100% keep doing it! Burns lots of calories without leaving you exhausted!
Right! I am so happy you enjoyed it Lauren!
I burnt around 362 and I'm 166cm and 75kg if anyone is curious. I took a short break every 15 minutes to drink water but that's about it
Quick question, what type of exercise did you choose on your Fitbit ? Aerobic ?
@@MarieAvezou I usually choose aerobic workout or walking, the results tend to be the same either way
*UPDATE*
In 30 days, I am 7.8lbs down. So that's hovering around 2lbs a week. I'm very happy about it. The biggest changes I have noticed are 1. My bra/back bulges - they have shrunk down a lot, and I am more comfortable wearing certain tops now. 2. My butt (normally and genetically flat and small, much like my mother's) has become rounder and shapelier. I am not a woman who yearns for a big butt, but it's definitely changed shape. And 3. My face - it's narrower, as one could naturally assume. Again, pleased with changed so far, ready to move on to another video, another challenge and see what I can do in the next 30 days :)
Depression and overeating getting me no longer. I've been so low and miserable but I'm pulling myself out of it. Love this workout.
Right here we go, 30 day challenge started (as of yesterday):
Height: 5'7'' / 170cm
Current weight: 160lbs / 72 kg
Initial goal weight: 145lbs / 65 kg
Ideal goal weight 140 lbs / 63.5 kg
Will check in and post update on last day of November! :) Wish me luck
Good luck!
Well done, Antonia! You are doing the right thing. Just be very consistent with this. Treat it like something to look forward to instead of something you have to do. This workout is FUN, and it is so, sooooo good for you (physically and emotionally). Jo is motivating, she doesn't annoy viewers by talking through the workout, she is well paced, and she doesn't take herself too seriously, so you won't need to either.
This channel will help you fight depression. I can speak from personal experience. Find some music that you love, that gets you excited to move, and mute the You Tube video to watch it while you play your own playlist. Something else that I like to do is play this workout on my phone with the sound turned down while I watch something on Netflix on my computer - so I'm actually working and sweating while watching movies or TV. I've even started doing this workout during Zoom lectures or meetings (I won't tell you which university;)
@@summernoelle7769 Thank you for your kind comment :) And that's a great tip about working out during Zoom meetings! I'm on Day 6 and it's flown by. I have lost 2.5 lbs in that time, so can't wait to check in at the end of the month. My mood has definitely improved too, I wake up more easily.

This is my first day exercising, in almost 7 months and I do feel great plan on doing this 5 days a week, I want my tummy to get back flat like it used to be.
DAY 1- complete the entire 47 minutes, took two breaks.
Day 2- Feeling great can't wait to start seeing results.
I took 8😅 I'm still on the floor
Day 1: ✅150 lbs. feel great!
Day 2: ✅147.6 lbs (keep in mind I ’ve been doing calorie deficit for about a week now) I feel good, woke up pretty sore! Today I did Jo’s 20 min boxing workout, and a 10 min glute workout :)
Day 3: ✅147.2 lbs. My legs and arms are sore from yesterday. Today I did this workout but only did 30 min because I had two bowls of chili right before and didn’t feel good.. so I don’t recommend doing that haha! And I did a 10 min glute workout. I can see my belly is a little bit smaller :)
Day 4: ✅ 146.2 lbs. Legs still sore. Today I did a 15 min walking video and 20 minutes of side butt workouts! I’m very happy with my progress and I definitely see a change in upper body and belly!
Day 5: ✅ 147.2 lbs. I did not want to workout today but I did it! 15 min walking and 15 min glute!
Day 6: ✅Scale isn’t working, need to get batteries. rest day.
Day 7: ✅ Getting batteries today! Did one of Jo’s 30 min walk and 10 min glute workout :)
Day 8: ✅ 146.6 lbs Today I did a 30 minutes fast walk video and 10 min glute!
Day 9: ✅ 146 lbs Felt tired today so all I did today was a 15 min dance video! It’s better than nothing!
Day 10: ✅ 146.2 lbs I did this video today plus a 10 min butt workout. Tummy is looking smaller!
Day 11: ✅ 145.2 lbs :) 30 min HIIT and 15 min glute.
Day 12: ✅ 145.6 lbs Active test day!
Day 13: ✅ I went camping. Rest day!
Day 14: ✅ 145.6 lbs. 20 min TABATA, 15 min glute with dumbbell.
Day 15: ✅ 145.6 20 min walk with Jo, 10 min glute
I’ve been doing Jo’s workouts for a couple weeks now and I feel great! I workout 4-6 times a week ranging from 15 min - 1 hour depending on how I’m feeling that day. I did this workout today and wow it was hard but so fun and did not even feel long!! I had to stop with 3 minutes left to tend to my children. But it was a great workout and I plan on adding it in 2-3 days a week. I’m 5’4, 150 lbs and I’m 26 years old. My goal is to lose 15 lbs, but mostly to feel good when I look in the mirror, and be healthy! The hardest thing for me is eating healthy and not over eating.
I’ll be updating this post daily not just with my weight but also if I see a difference in the mirror and how I’m feeling!
My stats on day one:
Active calories burned: 281
Total: 334
Avg. heart rate: 157
Miles: 3
Steps: 5,340
Such a home -friendly workout , no shoes , no preps , no conditions just a daily kick of motivation to stay consistent .

I am 56 years old and used to run (pre menapause) now struggling to get back into shape (post menapause) and I really love these videos. Just started and can’t wait to see results! ❤
hi! i decided to review this video since ive been trying to do a lot of things to loose weight. im 137 pounds and 5'0/5'1. It's been really hard for me to loose weight no matter what diet or exercise i do. this exercise really made me feel good rather than those other workouts. i never expected to see much change, but now im on day 4, i already seen a difference in my thighs, stomach, and arms!!
day 1: i tried this in my room to see if it works. it was SWEATYY. I did only half of my best so I didn't expect much. it felt like forever but i got used to it in round 2. no changes tho
day 2: i did this one with my mom, and my apple watch. I used the indoor walking exercise with a waist trainer. this time i was POURING down sweat. it was tiring but at the end i felt soo good and proud. my apple watch calculate about 310 calories, 2.79 miles. I was really hoping for 600 but its better than nothing :)). after the workout i saw small changes to my body, but my weight was still the same.
day 3: i did this late at night, which was a mistake because after i was too energized to sleep 😭. But it was sooo worth it. This time i put about 80% of my effort and i was so stinky and sweaty after. though i felt so energized and i felt good about myself. im starting to get used to this walking workout, and i might do the 5 miles one on day 7!! i actually saw some changes with my thighs and stomach. my weight is still the same, but i just love how my body looks now!
day 4: (currently doing it today so like to remind me!!)
Hey friendly reminder and also hugs💜
Dont rely heavily on the scale.Seriously like scales arent exact and aren't accurate. Focus more on how you feel and if you stay consistent and eat right the results sre going to be clear and visable.I suggest watching FrumpyFit weight loss video she explains how your suppose to do it correctly and safely. But great job i am also short( 5"2) i hopefully will try this for a little and if i see any differences I will tell you:) Good luck babes you got this :) Love you girl❤️

Did you do it every single day?
How do u do this? I feel it's so boring as it's the same song and also just moving in place? Do u have any tips
@@bb7961 one thing is to enjoy the music and do the workout on your on pace following her ditto and standing ina place didn't help me but i did the same workout a little more energetic like dancing not utterly same as her which made me burn more calories and complete the challenge without concept of time and happier. It was better to do this than any workout programs as doing plank jacks or pushup was last thing i can do with my body so this was definately a best start doing this and maybe switching up with same category other workouts like walking workout 500calories helped too. And this exhausts me more than those planned workouts they might be better but these are perfect for a non strengthy beginner. Just think that it's a choreography and you have to learn all the moves and move in a flow not steady still helps you loose(more) weight have some flexibility too as a bonus point you complete the strength and now you can run 2 3 miles without any issues. Sry if i was pointlessly streching a useless comment. Hopefully this helps❤️

5 kilos in 2 weeks is too much, be careful, do it more slowly ❤
Probably water weight. See how the next two weeks cones off. If not water weight, you need to be careful and talk to your physician.
It's indeed water weight coz I am stuck to the same weight for a week now. Hehe. I'm doing the exercises alternately. This 45 min workout TTH. Then the 15 min fat walking fat burning workout MWF. Rest on weekends.
@@louisecabase4648 Don't be discouraged but maintain a realistic outlook. I am no expert and there are lots of confusing information all over the net. Just be sure to maintain calories deficit, some say intermittent fasting gives good results. But I know what we eat or do not eat plays a huge role in fat loss. Exercises like this one help too. But it is my experience that results may be slow to show, but eventually it shows. I wish you luck in your journey.

Will be doing this workout 3 times a week along with some Pilates workouts from Bailey Brown.
I plan on doing this Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and Pilates every day except the weekend.
Also, the Pilates workouts are between 5-10 minutes.
Day 1-✅ I know it’s a Saturday, but from next week I will do as planned. I was sweating the whole time 😭😭 but I enjoyed it!! 4700 steps and 126 kcal!
Day 2- ✅ Monday- My thigh muscles were sore!! Anyway, 4000 steps and 100kcal! I don't think all of the data is exact because I record it with my steps app, so I think from Wednesday I will stop saying the total number of steps and kcal. Today I was also on a walk!
Day 3- ✅ But I stopped at 34:26. I wanted to continue but I was so sore and in the second set, I also started reading while somehow doing the exercises…
