    Hi Jo,i really like you,you are such a happy soul.i really like your video. I really want to loose weight but the main thing i love food.i like to eat what everyone eating in the house,I'm a mother of six kids.i don't have time to cook separately for my self.i have to eat what i cook for them.and my activitie level is zero,my only activities are cooking ,cleaning and looking after my kids.i never exercise in my life.your workouts seems easy for me because i can't do difficult exercises.i did use this calculator and i get the value but don't understand that do i have to take 888kcal in a day or week or loose ,so sorry for long intro but I'm very new to this.every day i think I'll start from tomorrow, thank plz reply ❤❤❤

    I am starting this on May 23rd. Ive got pcos and have lost hope of losing weight so maybe this will help. Im starting at 170 lbs and ill update roughly every week in case this helps someone

    This was so much fun! I love the pressure free vibe of your workouts. I have a chronic injury in my hand and am not allowed to lift weights anymore and put pressure on it (and am missing my arm muscles 😢).
