  • We are in the last week of the FRESH START series! Congratulations for making it this far. If you want the rest of these workouts to complete the fresh start series, join the community here: growwithjo.com
    The workouts in these series are getting gradually more intense. This workout is 35 minutes and works the legs without weights! No equipment needed, what a bonus!
    We have one water break where I want you to check out your personal pace and how you are feeling. The goal today isn't to push push push, it is to find where you are comfortable to move forward so that you get consistent. Its not about all or nothing, if you can only complete half of this workout, that is MORE than you did yesterday and im proud of you.

    Day 11 working out with you, Jo. I'm feeling really down and out and hopeless...depression really sucks. Feeling dejected with the countless job applications that are rejected and even the enemy trying to get to me in my dreams. I almost sat this one out but I pushed through with my modified moves and I'm proud of myself. Jo, you are a delightful human, and I truly believe that you are filled with the love of Christ that allows you to reach us through the internet, smiles, sweat, and stamina combined.       You have to speak authority into your life. Remember words are spirits. Submit your job search to Jesus and have him take over. Tell Jesus that you can’t make the decisions over your life but have him make all the choices for you.
      Ask him to make you sensitive to the holy spirit and bring the right opportunities in and take the wrong ones out. Remember it’s all in his timing and rest in his peace and grace. The job that is right for you, is coming.
      I suggest you read John Chapter 15. You got this but remember what you build you have to sustain what he builds he sustains. ❤️🙏🏽

    Hi Jo, I have started my weight loss journey on January 1! each week i have noticed I have been getting better with my consistency and nutrition! Thank you for the motivation I haven’t lost that much weight according to the scale but I definitely have noticed definition and even my husband said he can see some of my abs coming in!!! thank you so much!!!!

    OMGoodness what a workout as usual from Jo! After doing the strong woman with dumbbells workout last night from a few years ago this one took the cake! Been with you for well over a year and I love the sculpting your workouts are doing to my body aside from strengthening my core (of which is why I have stayed with you)

    Been working out with your videos beginning of 2023 and lost 11kg with it and calorie deficit, got lazy and gained 7kg again, but now starting over. Today is day 3! I want to lose 14kg until Mid July, hope it works out! Lets go people, we got this! 🎉

      @@Chaleen I went through the same situation, I lost 18kgs with Jo's workout in 2021 but due to some medical issue I gained most of it back, I've started again ! This is my 5th week working out consistently with Jo! She's truly an inspiration

    I just wanted to say thank you. I started this journey 2 years ago. Have been consistent and lost 40 pounds and kept it off. This last Christmas, I caught covid and 2 other infections back to back. I'm starting over again, trying to get over the fatigue and brain fog. Your smile and enthusiasm throughout the workouts really help. I'm getting there but not as quickly as I liked, but I will. Slow, steady, and consistently. Thank you again. 💗

    Accountability check!
    Day 1: 2 mile arms and abs
    Day 2: 3 mile cardio dance
    Day 3: morning metabolism boost (only managed 20 minutes but 20 more than I would've done anyway)
    Day 4: 35 min sweaty leg cardio (felt so energised with this one!)

    I have been following your channel for the last 4 months, since I started my workout journey. At that time, I weighted 88 kg, and after 4 months of our various workouts, I am now 83kg. I know the results may seem slow, but this is the first time I've done my workout in 4 months full , so I'm kind of proud of myself. Anyway, thank you, Jo❤❤. This is the most doable workout for me.     I really do love your work outs Jo this is my fourth day and I have already lost 3 pounds!!!!! THATS A BIG WIN FOR ME!!! I have tried other work out apps and they never worked for me mostly because I get tired and just give up but not with your work outs I push myself through it and seeing your smile helps to push through it to! Personally I do the 30 to 45 min ones everyday and I only had one day that I really did not want to work out but on those days I just do the 10-12 min ones so I still get a workout in and burn some kal but I don’t have to do as much work and I really don’t know how but I feel exited everyday to do another work out and I am really surprised knowing that I HATE to workout and get tired you have helped me so much to get healthy ect. So TYSM for that and I love you Jo❤

    This work out seems like it's easy while you are doing it. It's a slower pace, like she mentions in the video. But I did this workout yesterday and today my legs are sore! I didn't think I was going to feel it. But I did 😁. Thanks Jo for another great work out video!

    I need to tell you that I never felt as motivated as with you as a 'trainer'. The smile on the most people in the fitness universe looks artificial, like it's made of plastic, while you look like you are really enjoying the workout WITH me. And looking at your own struggles... I must say this seems far more realistic for me than the most other fitness videos. Thanks for the videos. I appreciate them. Keep on smiling for us please!
