Today we will be doing a quick 10 minute cardio abs workout. This workout is fast and to the point. We have no walking breaks between exercises; we just go from one to the next.
Take your time and take it at your own pace
This is the first workout of the FRESH START SERIES! The rest can be found either on our website (growwithjo.com) or in the growwithjo app.
Here is the schedule
Monday (8): 10 min quick core
Tuesday (9): 12 min tabata cardio
Wednesday (10): slow Pilates stretch & recovery
Thursday (11): 15 min upper body build
Monday (15): 20 min dance cardio
Tuesday (16): 20 min lower body build
Wednesday (17): slow stretch & Pilates
Thursday (18): 30 min body weight arm tone up
Monday (22): 35 min leg cardio
Tuesday (23): 25 min full body strength
Wednesday (24): 45 min cardio burn
Thursday (25): slow Pilates stretch & recover

@@cantplaywitmyyoyono problem! I went from working in a factory and walking a lot throughout the day to a computer based work from home job a few months ago. This definitely helps break up the day and get some steps and sweat in!

This workout was perfect since I had such a busy day today, and I love seeing a community of people uplifting each other!! 2024 doesn’t have to be a “new you” as long as it’s who YOU want to be, and I’m trying to be 40 pounds lighter so let’s do it!!!
Just finished this in the app and holy smokes!! Heart rate got up to 172!! Be sure to warm up a bit before this one! 100 calories burned in just 10 minutes ❤❤

After a week i can see that something changed. My body is more toned, and I'm not so bloated after eating. This week I tried to eat more balanced, I didn't exclude sweets from the diet, but I ate more proteins.

I love that this is 10 minutes and the moves are simple. And best of all, you don't need a lot of free space to do it which works for me since I live in cramped apt.
