    I wanted everyone to know that if you do JO's 60 minutes workout religiously with a balanced diet, you will lose 1 kg a week for sure. I have lost 10 Kg's by doing 60 minutes of her workout daily. I am planning to lose 10 more Kg's now after 6 months. I did this 20-10-5 workout for 60 minutes for 6 days now and I'm already 1 kg down. I will update on next Monday.
    It’s Monday :- I lost 1 kg this week as well. I weigh 69.45 this morning. Will update next Monday.

      @@courtneybailey8397 I extend each segment of the workout, like I complete the 20 minutes mark then replay the video and extend my workout for 10 more minutes similarly I do the 10 and 5 minutes segment twice. Makes it 60 minutes of non stop shred. More like 30-20-10 method.
      It’s totally fine if you want to add another workout. 60 minutes of any grow with Jo workout will help you lose 1 KG of wait per week for sure.

      Its not a rule. I cannot loose 1 kg per week. Only if I do under 1000kcal diet (not possible)
      Depends on each person.

    ❤ I've been doing her workout consistently for over a year now. I've lost over 25 pounds. I've toned up a lot and I love the incorporation of weights and cardio. Her hitt and tabata have really changed my body. I'm 41, and I feel good, and it's really helped with my depression. I'm just really thankful for her channel. And it's so convenient to do it from home. I feel comfortable and safe. I really love the work out options. She's doing amazing things for women all over.❤

    I have been struggling to breathe due to quiting smoking after 24 years of ruining my lungs. And after living in Egypt for 2 years I became asthmatic. But I keep going!!! and today, I only needed 2 breaks!! Proof that I can do all things through CHRIST who strengthens me!!! Believe and it shall be given!! God less you ladies!!!

    I’ve been following your workouts for over a year. These are my absolute favorite by far! Please don’t stop this series. I feel like I’m back in the gym without leaving my house. The lit up muscle zones really help me target and focus. Love love these!

    I am gonna apologize for the name calling I did during this workout. 😂 I am a beginner who has been overweight my entire adult life (12+ years), but somehow, I was still able to do this workout. It was VERY hard, but I did the first one yesterday and this one today. I feel amazing. Your reminders to breathe and smile helped a lot. Genuinely excited to keep doing your exercises and finally lose the weight. 🥰

    36:24 Just finished this amazing workout!! I really love the 20-10-5 method. It makes working out so much easier because I’m accomplishing all of my goals with one workout. I try to take days to focus on cardio, strength, and abs, but being able to reach my goals with this video makes my life so much easier. I would honestly do these workouts everyday. I appreciate you posting the rest of the weeks videos here on CZcams. I was bummed after I did Day 1 to find out there was only one video. So I thank you for posting the rest.     Love these style workouts Jo! I like the queues and pointers. The talking videos actually help me with form and mind/muscle connection when doing the walk the weight off videos where you don't talk. Don't let anyone tell you it's not a good thing to branch out and try something new! It's your channel and you're doing an amazing job.

I'm an OG GrowwithJo girly, I've been doing all the cardio and dance moves with you, but the combination of strategic targeted cardio and strength training is the next level I needed, and the added bonus of core at the end is chef's kiss!     these workouts are SO effective. absolutly loving the slower pace while still breaking a sweat. keep up with these type of workouts! teaching people to slow down and focus on breathing and activating the muscles correctly will most definatly promise better results😊

    This is my 2nd 20-10-5 I started yesterday and I absolutely love it. I am 60 years young and I can no long do some of the crazy workouts I used to do. Thank you Jo for being gentle but effective with our bodies. I will bb for more tomorrow!💪

    I have tried some of Jo's workouts but was never consistent with them. But this time, I wanted it to be different. I did 3 of her 20-10-5 workouts last week and had to take a break cuz I got my period and was travelling. I am on the 2nd workout this week and I can't believe I was actually looking forward to this since my day began. And I have *never* been this pumped about a workout! So Jo, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for putting out these videos, building such a supportive community, and for your encouragement during the videos. Lots of love!

    I have been doing GWJ workouts since 6 week’s postpartum. I haven’t had the courage to do anything longer than 20 mins. This was my longest workout and my son is 2. I so enjoyed this workout and feel so mentally ready to put myself first again. Thank you! ❤🎉

    Hey Jo! I just did your Day 1 workout and it was so much fun and I felt every inch of my muscles and sometimes I felt like I cannot keep going but you always make me feel more confident and encouraging to keep going! I hope this is going to be a monthly workout! I just started working out and I don’t feel comfortable at the gym and I cannot make a great combination of workouts by myself as a beginner.. I love this workout so much and I am dripping out of sweat baby!! ❤❤❤❤❤

    Loved, loved, LOVED the music! I am puertorrican and take every opportunity I get to put movement to music. I was dancing all the way through the walks. Jo, I just found you a week ago and you are becoming one of my favorites already! Love your honesty and vulnerability! Love the variety of your workouts and the pace.     Yes! I did it. I increased to 15 dumbbell today and was extremely doubtful I could keep up pace or make it through the full 10. Your girl did it!!! I’m a sweaty mess and I love it! It’s almost 100 here in Vegas. Pool time!!!!

    I’ve been looking for more ways to use my dumbbells because I don’t usually use them a lot or lift weights period so this is a perfect workout for me to feel like I’m building some muscle! Thank you Jo!
