@@Wolfiins rear delts still make up the deltoids as a whole and if you don't train them you won't have a well rounded shoulder

@@sovietunion6109 oh speaking of Soviet union I should ask them to rank Bubkas. Sergey Bubka was a polevaulter from Ukraine (then Soviet union) that jumped 20'1" in polevault. Bubkas were a big part of my highschool routine for track& field

I'm actually fine with the consistency of their uploads. Having too much ain't exactly useful. What I meant by that is, watching videos is easy, implementing what you've learned correctly is hard.
This bodyweight lateral raise just saved my workout. I love the lateral raise with dumbbells and weights, this exercise is a shoulder killer and I already seeing the results coming with so much quality than with the standard exercises that I used to do in the gym. Thanks big man with blue shorts, your channel is changing my point of view about bodyweight workout, before knowing your content the idea to practice calisthenics never pass through my mind. Thank you so much!

I've been doing a lot of similar stuff my first 3 years of training. But my shoulders have blown up THE MOST, even after those 3 years, once I've put myself on standing barbell OHP progression, with a band face pull as a finisher.

7:45 in my experience it's also superior mostly because of the stress that a hold has on his tendons, so on the longer term holds are more stressful for your body

Thank you, I've been trying to incorporate some calisthenics into my gym routine. Im stuck doing handstand assisted pushups, overhead press (dumbells and bar), side lateral raises, facepulls, rear delt peck deck flys ect.

@@vaibhavmago6264 I have not bought a workout plan, but the Beginner Program. It's naturally more structured than the videos, which are more random in topic, and geared towards beginners instead of all levels.
The Program has short videos about each exercise to explain the movement and how to do the exercise properly, but no video to lead you through each training segment.
