    Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
    1. Being in calorie deficit
    2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
    3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
    I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing.
    Please remember every body is different and we all progress at different rates. The fact that you have shown up and completed this workout is incredible. You should be very proud of yourself for taking the steps to improve not only your physical, but also your mental health.

    still doing with my broken toe just gonna switch out the last 3 moves!!! Would love to see frequent inner thigh workouts, yours are truly the best out there but are once in a while.

    starting this today :
    day 1 : felt the burn mostly in the last two exercises ..rest was good
    i hv been following her workouts for sometime now so i think i was able to do it without much problem
    day 2: done ✅ felt amazing
    Day 3: ✅
    Day 4: ✅
    Day 5: 🚫
    Day 6: 🚫
    Day 7: 🚫
    Day 8: ✅ felt much easier .
    Just so u guys know it works ...i promise you will see results in just 2 weeks 😊😊

    Hi , looking for advice , ik you can't spot reduce fat but i tend to retain a lot of weight in my thighs and calves ... Idk what to do because i can't see any changes from what i've been doing . Nd other than that people keep asking me to put on weight bcoz i am kinda thin other than my lower body...

      @@user-bh8ed6mz2o for me I get swollen ankles and calves so it worked really well for that problem. And it def thinned my legs a bit!

    Mam I am 22 years old my weight is 78 , I have love handles problem,belly fat what should I do for it

      15 min hiit tree times a week with light weight lifting in the between days to get rid of love handles( worked miracles on me) and if you meant 78 lbs I recommend maybe slowly increasing cals and protein 😊
