Two different tabatas with thrust backs - that was intense! Happy to do abs for the last tabata.

Great class once again Chris. Obviously I had to modify a bit since I don't have my step but still worked hard, bunt 281 calories, heart beat was up to 170bpm at one point so definitely a sweaty workout. Loved it! ❤
