- Join me for a 20 minute CONTINUOUS CARDIO AEROBICS WORKOUT to blast through calories and get our sweat on. This is a STEADY STATE routine with 40 seconds per movement, and just one small break in the middle. It's all standing (wrist friendly), with no jumping and no squats. Thank you so much for this. I suffer from anxiety and depression and working out is a struggle but this workout is something else. I managed to do almost the whole thing and I felt amazing the whole time and that feeling was still there even afterwards. Its simple and easy and I can definitely see myself doing this every morning❤
Hi Mik, I'm a 59 yr old male living in South America. I teach English via Zoom 6-8 hours a day plus admin time... so I'm sitting too much. I had been doing my own cardio to music but I decided today that I should find a guided 20 min cardio routine to do between classes. So, here I am. Thanks a million... and since I suffer from hip and knee problems, this is just what I needed.
This was absolutely perfect for someone who hasn't worked out for a while but wants to get back into it. Just challenging enough but not too overwhelming.

This has become my go-to cardio workout. The first time I did it, I was wondering, since I'm 72, if I'd be able to finish it or have to call 911. I blew through it the first time and now do it every other day. I alternate with total gym. Great video, Mik!

My orthopedic doctor said I can't do running, jumping, lunges or squats because of osteoarthritis in my knees. This workout didn't bother my knees at all! And it totally got my heart rate up! Thank you so much for creating this workout! ❤

I absolutely LOVED it!!!❤ Wow!! Awesome low impact, knee friendly moves and NO repeats!! 20 minutes flew by. The music was awesome and I love that you verbally instruct the next move but do not engage in alot of chatter during the workout. Probably the first cardio workout I have done that I loved every single move. 20 minutes done and I was sweating!!!!

My weight issues started when I had to give up aerobics because I developed plantar fasciitis in both heels with all the jumping up and down .I have lost 8 1/2 stone.i love to exercise now and wanted non impact aerobics in my routine.so glad I found this video

Thank you for adding to the CZcams list of cardio workout videos that are on time with the music. Music not in time with the steps doesn't harness energy needed because it's not fun enough. The availability of this video adds to our health and by extension, our lifespans. Love the variety of low impact simple movements to work so many body areas. Please put on more with some different movements. There is skater, rocking horse and I don't know the spelling but it's a quick double step something like sachet. Also some simple steps inspired by charleston cha cha, mambo and salsa. People like music inspired by motown, disco, rock, Latin and other genres. I particularly love smooth jazz. You helped me gain energy today that I really need.

I really enjoyed this one! I love to add some cardio after my strength training and it can be hard to find cardio without strength elements. If I just finished my strength workout, I don’t want more lunges, squats, etc. So thank you for this one!!

I love low impact cardio workouts since I live in a shared house. I love how this one has more foot work so you get more of a calorie burn. I wouldn't do this type of workout past 10 PM in case people are trying to sleep, but it's great for a mid-day workout that doesn't sound too alarming to the roommate below me. LOL

My last workout was almost 3 years ago before I had my 2 babies. With this workout it is easy to get back on, especially it works well after my caesarean section that I had 3 months ago and my strong overweight. I want to finally get fit again and above all lose weight so that I feel comfortable in my body. Thank you for that great wourkout. Now I do this workout for 2 weeks with yoga to finish and then I dare to do the next workouts.
