  • Join me for a 20 minute INTENSE PURE CARDIO HIIT WORKOUT to burn calories, build endurance, and get your sweat on! This is an all standing routine which means WRIST FRIENDLY and zero floor work. We will be jumping with high intensity, but I'll provide low impact options throughout. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. You can do this workout at home with no equipment needed.     One of the best workouts on youtube. Perfect length if you add warm up and cool down. Low impact option for every single jumping one which was amazing and much appreciated as someone who likes to do some jumping but not all!

    YES to more 10 to 15 min upper body workouts! Would love to see different combos … back and bis, chest and tris. Great add on to a cardio workout 😊

      Try to do something different anytime a workout you can't do cause of injury comes up, that is what I usually do.

    I like the 45 s intervals and a 20-minute session. That way, I count the number of exercises and 20 exercises are so advisable!
