  • Using a stability ball is an excellent option to add variety to an exercise routine. Especially if you're interested in fine-tuning the intricate core stability muscles.
    The exercises in the video are the swiss ball hamstring curl, stability ball roll outs, knee tucks, chest-supported T's and Y's, and hip thrusts with rotation.
    The Swiss ball, physio ball, and stability ball are different words for the same exercise ball.
