    I was taking online classes from 9 - 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. czcams.com/users/postUgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁

    When I first begun to work out with the exercise ball, I was very sore and stiff. Now I am no longer sore but very flexible and agile. Highly recommend these to anyone who wants to stay away from strictly lifting weights.

    Honestly one of the most underrated ab workout videos on here. I have done so many ab workouts and never saw much in the way of results for my core until I added this into my week about x3-4 times. : ) The dynamic and balance requiring parts of it really force you to not cheat your core~

    This is awesome! Really challenging workout. I had a psysioball lying around for awhile now since I usually go to the gym to workout, but today I had no time to hit the gym. Tried this out and WOW it's awesome! Needless to say, I'll be doing this more often. I've been neglecting my ball for too long... *hehe*

    @skdrama If it's too hard with a physioball, you can either do it without the ball, or bend your knees (which can be a bit awkward). It's definitely challenging, especially with the one Daniel used in this video - it's weighted!

    Wow I just tried these. They were hardddd 😣 great exercises definitely could feel it. I couldn't get the kicks and for the roll out had to cheat a little and go on my knees as opposed to full plank but hopefully I'll get there !

    Great Abdominal workout even quite challenging for someone who excercises regularly,i do 3 rounds of this and it feels great.I defo wud'nt recommend this to a beginner though.

    Whew... I’ve had this ball for a few months, but I’ve been doing workouts on it(so i thought!) UNTIL I came across this video. I was sweating and swearing 6 minutes into the video 😆. But i pushed through and completed it.
    Tip: pause the video if you have to because he doesn’t offer any rest periods 🤣

      ridhonna dont give up - try once again and after 3-4 sessions of trying You will figure out that its some of those excersises are quite manageble. And if You are too shy - buy one gym ball to have at home.

    Awesome workout and instructions! I learned from a very smart lady that if you use more personal words it makes the instructions seem more like they are directed at the listener. For example instead of 'that ball' say your ball and instead of those and and those legs say your abs. Just a tip, thanks for the video!

    @skdrama You made us laugh :) It's okay to workout when you're sore, just make sure that you give that particular muscle group a rest. So today for example, assuming your legs are sore, you could do this one that works your core. Don't worry, the little old lady walk won't last! - Kelli

    Peoeple if you have problems balancing with this ball try and put your feet against a wall (when you do not need to use them in another way) it will help you stay stable untill you have more experience and no longer need it ;)
