This was amazingly paced. The first time I didn’t have to keep checking how much time was left in the video bc I was heaving out of breath. Haha. I still sweat a whole bunch and my muscles feel worked as well. Thumbs up!

I love what you said about giving us some tough love. Motivation to do my workouts comes from exactly that, a place of tough love for my health and longevity. It also erupts from the total exhilaration of feeling like a warrior, before, during and after the workout. At 61 years old, that feeling is a victory, especially during this absolutely fantastic and brutal 10-day challenge! 💪🏻 Thanks Brian!
comment section almost made me give up but in the spirit of finishing strong, I did this. So glad I did. It was hard and sweaty but I loved it, will come back to it a few more times until I get it right
I used to do a 20 minute run and then do this as an add on. I haven't been fit for a few years so I'm using this to start getting fit again. I just do as much as i can. I do a little bit more each day.

I respect you, your words and what you're about. However, I'm dealing with diabetes, yet I try and want to lose weight. Waking up everyday is a challenge for me. Not to mention, I'm not losing much weight. Explain to me how to keep my motivation ... I'm trying
doing this today and until school starts (I’m only 14) Day 1: weight: 110 🌚 I was about to give up but I kept going !! (I’m also doing this with other workouts)
Please do regular workout,and be fit... Once u start, continue for at least 5 days, and then u will enjoy it. Follow regular diet..if I could achieve 65 kg to 50 kg at age 18, then u definitely can. I have one cousin of only 13 and he is 95kg ..I always scold him to do workout regularly..but he never listens ,day by day he is being lethargic..he has no control on food also,which make him bad at studies also.
Thanks for the motivation. I like the phrase "focus on the wow not the how," so before I go into a workout I take a few minutes to feel into what I need not only physically but emotionally during the workout - usually, setting some sort of intention to explore my capabilities past what my brain thinks I can do, challenge myself but also be kind & supportive (helps prep my brain for catching any negative self-talk during the workout), and have some fun and be proud of myself by the end. It gets my ego out of the way, away from fixating or comparing how much weight or intensity I can manage day to day & gives my brain a way to balance my perception of the experience with some achievable goals. Can't control everything, can control how I react to it. It really helps me, maybe someone else could benefit from an idea like this. Wow not how. ✌🏻💖💪🏻
