    I would say these workouts are the future. Because they integrate into our daily lives. As mentioned you don't even need shoes. The routine is manageable and easy to follow. Great job

    Completed the entire challenge. I have been with Fitness Blender for the last seven years and I can't express my love for Daniel and Kelly and the entire FB team. This is the future.     I had to stop 3/4 of the way through after really struggling through most of this, even with mods and extra rests. This one is a huge challenge unless you have a bit of core strength. I'll work on my core and try this in future, but this was discouraging to end on after doing thr rest of this challenge. I do like this instructor, but this is more advanced than my body can handle atm

      May i ask u something please what did she meant with active recovery? And can i do this core exercise everyday even with gym training or would be to much ?

    This workout was brilliant! I can feel.all my different types of abs now😂THANK YOU! and what a great 2weeks challenge this has been. It has given me the best encouragement to start the year positively ❤
