That's exactly what i was searching for. There's shortage of stability exercises on the internet... 10 repetitions per exercise: 1. Abdominal curls 2:17 1.5. head to knee 2:50 2. Hamstring curls 3:17 3. Back reaches 4:04 4. Low back 4:50 5. Glutes bend/ straight with hamstrings 5:43 6. Push-ups 6:30 7. Core, lats 7:18 8. Glute bridge 8:12 9. Leg extensions 9:20 10. Quads 10:04

It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁

never knew you could do so many things with the swiss ball. I like them all especially the push up moves on the ball.
Thank you for educating us on stability ball. I'm 60+, 5'1" and overweight. I've consulted with my Dr about exercising safely, was sent to physical therapist, be neither mentioned this stability ball. I had heard there are classes here somewhere in my small town that use this ball. I will definitely look into this as exercises you showed is exactly what I need to help strengthen my core. I came up with 11 exercises LOL. This is for my own reference.
Exercise ball diameter chart is online but sitting on the ball has the knees about 90 degrees. 10 reps per exercise.
1) First sit-up: lay on the back and use the legs to lift the ball toward the tummy.
2) Can add elbows pointing and lifting the elbow in the opposite directions while holding the ball stationary in the air.
3) Can use the lower calf/feet to hold the ball stationary while lifting butt up into the air. (a bridge)
4) Roll over onto the top of the ball while lying on the stomach, lift opposite leg from arm. (looks like a swimmer)
5) Still laying on the ball spread eagle with the feet on the ground and place the hands on the bottom of the ball. Gently lift the back up toward the sky. (not the ball)
6) Still laying on the ball, hold it steady and take one leg straight or bent gently up toward the ceiling. (butt burner)
7) Laying on the ball do push ups. The closer the ball is to the arms, the easier it is. You can roll further away from the arms to make the push up harder.
8) To work the belly/core area, place knees on a pad and use the arms to extend the ball away from the body.
9) Sit on the ball, roll down a little and do bridges. You can roll down the ball closer to the head and lift one leg at a time. (see 8:59)
10) Stay on the back, lift and hold one leg at a time for a few seconds each rep. (No bridging see 9:24)
11) Place the ball on the wall, turn around and place your back on it, space feet out shoulder length apart, and with good posture go down only as far as you can go and still get back up.
