Great job, Mike, keeping your knees behind your toes during your squat! 👍 My favorite three picks are the raised one leg at a time balance (easy), heel to toe and visa-versa (my hardest), and the squats (easiest since I'm already doing 20/day). 82 yrs and going!

No problem with the heel to toe ( Iwill be safe if im under arrest...lol) but standing on one leg which i have done for over a month 10 seconds is tops!I still wish you would have daily exercise vids with a combo of all your exercises for seniors! Have to buy the ball this week!

WHY, if I can do the leg raises perfectly fine with eyes open, do I wobble like a Weeble when I close my eyes??
When you close your eyes, it's tougher to stay balanced because you're taking away the main thing your brain uses to keep you steady: what you see
Is it better to do these exercises barefoot or with my running shoes with orthotics?
