I have a mini trampoline that helps me walk without going outside...no impact...and I can also get some arm workout.
People can purchase the fit glide machine for $130 OR they can just put a simple furniture slider disk ($3) under each heel and easily glide their feet back and forth while seated.
I had no idea my grandma not a chiropractor or therapist taught my all these circulation exercises. I’m 70 and thank you for affirmation. Of her sense. I like that foot slide. I’ll have to get one of them for my friend and one for myself. But sorry I never order on line. But thank you and prayers for Bob’s family

I got a device with bumpy wooden rollers on it, not their plastic slide, after seeing how many people complained how fast the plastic slide thing broke, including being broken in shipping.

I have bad circulation in one leg. Wearing medium compression socks daily has really helped. I may look funny in shorts, but oh well!

On the ankle pumps, when you straighten your legs, isn't that the sciatic nerve and a nerve glide as opposed to a hamstring stretch?

I dislocated my shoulder and had a fracture in humerus in last September, I am visiting my therapist since last six month, now I can bring my arm in front but find difficult to raise it , when my therapist raises it in lying position with some force then it has a much better range of movement upwards ,how can I speed up my recovery plz help🙏
My hip muscles right in front area, start burning really bad to the point I have to stop, even after only walking a short distance. Can you show me an exercise I can do to help me? This just stared 3 yrs ago. Since then my spine fractured L12 which is fused, & before that I believe l3. Please keep this in mind. I can't afford pt & want to get back some of my life. 70 in Nov 2024 thanks!

@@BobandBrad my Dr said some could be from back and some from sciatica. Thing is, that only started acting up recently. My surgery on spine was Sept 2022, this burning in front of hip bone and a little below, started a yr before fracture. I don't trust these Drs to tell me right, please help, desperate to walk again. Also, I am not able to stand for any length of time without lower back pain, cramping & burning on lower right back side. And now the area L11 up to neck are hurting if I stand more than 5 mins. I have a back belt that helps some but also been on oxycodone since surgery, being weaned off on 5mg 4x day. Need further help before they stop?? Help please
