- This 10 minute inner thigh burn workout is made for toning and tightening your inner thighs. These 10 minutes will burn so get excited for a lot of sumo squats, pulses and controlled exercises that work your thighs. Combine this workout with my other thigh workouts for better results. Always remember that you can tone and build muscles with my workouts and lose fat but everybody is different and diet plays an important role when it comes to body changes.
