- This 10 minute slim thighs workout helps you to tone your inner & outer thighs. It’s a leg focused workout and will make your thighs burn. I included my all time favourite thigh and leg exercises and you can do this 10 minute workout at home. It’s short and you can use a mini band if you have one.

Is my knee injured? Because every time I do squats. I can walk and run and stretch my leg but when I do squats I feel a sharp pain in my knees

Why so short workouts? Why not 1 hour lower body workout or 45 arms workout for example? Like, complete trainings.10 minutes, 15 minutes, 8 minutes, what's that?!
Lots of reasons. Some people use these targets quick workouts at the end of their regular sets. Or like me today I’m super busy unpacking from moving but still wanna get some type of workout in just to have that I did it feeling so this is perfect.
@@kasironi yes but she has ONLY targets quick workouts.that's ok for you but not for a lot of people who prefere complete workouts.
You can just do this workout 3 times so you have 30 minutes 🙏🏼 growing glutes you need to do repetitive exercises anyways.
Some people don’t like to workout for so long, so you can just do as many workouts as you want :) and I do have longer workouts. 20-25 minutes ❤️ I hope you‘ll find a way to make your Training the way you like it
