Thank you so much today i have like 3 days doing it( it was 5 but i had to stop because of an injury that i had previously) but the other days i do other of your workouts and helped a lot! So i an like rotating and today i felt like much stronger and capable of doing the excercises ❤

Hello dear Mary❤ i really love your workouts!!! I am already comfortable with my body but i would like to give it more shape.i want 11 lines and maintain my tiny waist,achieve a thigh gap(i have a bit),lift my booty(and hahaha dunno how it will be sounds but like when we lie on our stomach i want to them look lifter because i saw some pictures on Instagram and i really liked that women body 🙈)Oh and legssss.i want to them a bit more slim and thight.i couldn't choose workouts from your videos 🙈 because all of them are great hahaha❤can you help me to choose?😅

What’s the difference between a sumo squat and a wide squat?
Sumo targets inner thigh more
Exactly and wide goes more into the butt!
When you do sumo squat, your toes turn out and wide squat is just squat when there is a bigger distance between your legs (without toes turning out). I think so 😅
