- This was a long, cold duck hunt but it was so worth it. Blizzard conditions made setting up tough, and kept most of the birds hiding out. Slowly throughout the day ducks trickled in. Unfortunately I was not able to keep the cameras out the entire time due to the snow.

What shells do you use for your duck hunting?
Typically 3in #4 shot during regular duck season, either Federals or Kents depending on if there's a sell on a case. I'll sometimes bump up to #2 or #1s later in the season. 2.75 or 3in #6 for teal season.

I probably won't make videos of every trip, but I will probably make a couple videos like I did this last season.

I'm still alive! Life just makes it hard to invest the time required. I miss making the videos, but with the last few seasons being pretty rough for waterfowl hunting for us, it took the enjoyment out of hunting. Days when I would be content just being out enjoying the outdoors, turned into just always being frustrated because I couldn't get good content for videos. Needed to get back to enjoying the experience regardless of the outcome of the hunt.
@@DrakeValleyOutdoors i live in vermont (alantic flyway) and the hunting is terrible 😂 i scout and drive around the whole state theres just not a lot of birds. Thousands of golden eyes and bluebills but you can only shoot one bluebill and diver hunting is fun but they dont taste good. I totally understand!

You're welcome to your opinion, but I don't make videos for the kill shots. I make them to document my experiences. If you're just looking for kill shots, there are tons of videos out there with head banging music and non stop kill shots.
At least show the ducks you shot all we seen was 1 Gadwall
