My favorite part: you’re teaching me how to lean up instead of bulk out-THANK YOU! Quick request: I find it so helpful when you voice over on form so I do the moves with max effectiveness, do you think you could add a little more of that?(plus I only have my phone and the screen is tiny so sometimes it’s hard for me to see what you’re doing 😅)

First day of pregnancy fit workout with y’all! I’m about 10 weeks along and a little bit out of shape. I have a one year old I stayed very fit with during the pregnancy but postpartum not so much. These workouts are doable but challenging. Thank you.

I just finished it and burned 49 calories. It might be less or more depending on how you do the exercises and your measurements (for me: 59kg 162cm)
