- This 10 min, no eqiupment workout will help you get rid of bat wings - the arm fat that is at the back of your upper arm (your triceps). Some refer to it as flappy arms. With this effective workout we are going to strengthen and tone your triceps.
I recommend doing this workout 3 times per week or daily if you can! Combine it with cardio and strength workouts from my channel. My favorites are:

Another great workout! Your workouts are not just for new moms, I'm a 69 yr old senior and find your workouts perfect for me. I have several of your workouts saved and do 2-3 of them in a row. Easy on my bad knee too. I made it more challenging by adding 3# weights on some of the moves. I like your short and 30 minute workouts. Great music too! Thank you Sally, keep them coming!

Aloha from Kauai, great workout Sally! I tore my MCL and Meniscus while skiing a month and a half ago. I recently got off crutches and had a difficult time finding workouts I could do with my injured knee. So glad I found you on you tube - you have me working out again with arm, legs and core. Thanks for this! Gonna try this and see if I get results! Arm flabs are the hardest to get rid of for me, inspite of using dumbells for arm exercises. Some of these exercise movements, I do already. But there are some new exercises; I hope to see results!
