    This is a great workout Sally. I do it daily, and have for 2 months, and my legs have toned up so much. 🤩 I would love a hip slimming video 🙏🏻🥰 x

    Have been doing this for a few weeks now and today I did it wearing 1kg ankle weights. It added to the challenge that's for sure!

    Great exercise thank you! I am following your lead. Sally if you could push up on your elbows as you do these, to avoid your neck and back collapsing, they would be even more beneficial and look better too.

    Are this exercises recommended to do if I’m 30 week pregnant? Or from this time more focus on stretching pelvic floor?

      It's ok to do as long as you also do some pelvic floor stretching exercises in addition to this starting 32 weeks of your pregnancy
