10 min STANDING PREGNANCY ARM WORKOUT WITH WEIGHTS - safe & intense 🔥
Get toned and sexy arms during pregnancy with this effective 10 min prenatal arm workout with weights! We will train the entire upper body including the biceps, triceps, shoulder, back and core. Everything is in a standing position and this workout is also great if you have any pelvic pain like pelvic girdle pain or SI joint pain.
In this video I am 26 weeks pregnant but this arm workout is safe during any trimester, even until the very end!
Weights: Use 2kg or 4.5 lbs dumbbells OR go heavier/ lighter! Pick a weight that challenges you.

    I gained 38 lbs with baby number 2, and am 14 weeks PP and still have 18 lbs to go. I walk 5 days a week and lift light weights 3 days a week. I exclusively breastfeed but seem stuck right at 160, and 145 is my goal. I had this baby all naturally, and the recovery was so much better than with an epideral my first time around.

    doing this over a month now with another 30 minute one every day, doing them full out also, eating less, not noticing much difference, i assume my body is comfortable at this size. know i am working it as body is sore and sweating a lot!! 71 years old, walk every day also and live on 3rd floor walk up a few times a day...not bikini ready, ahaha!!!!!
