20 min Intense Full Body Burn I No equipment, low impact

- With this intense 🔥 full body burn you'll train and tone all different muscle groups in your body: abs, glutes, legs, inner & outer thighs, arms and back. In this workout, we do all exercises on the mat except the last one! Movements are slow and controlled to train your deep muscles for a toned look. Only the final exercise is a cardio boost but you can also do the low impact version if you like.
This workout is suitable for all levels. The regular version is advanced but if you are a beginner, pregnant, or have a diastasis, there is a modification for you for some exercises!

I did it! I'm so happy that I was able to do this, even if this is not much, but I wasn't able to workout for a long time due to work, studies, and problems with my mental health, so I think i can be a little proud of myself. Thank you Sally for motivating me ❤
