I did this workout every day for the last 14 days and lost 2 inches around my tummy. I did not change my eating habits and did not lose weight - so the inches off definitely came from the workout. @@tarajones2145 HI, I'm not OP, but I also want to share that I have also some very good results - I haven't measured but there is a visible change. I used to have a visible mommy pooch which is now gone. I did this challenge for 14 days, 10min a day, but repeated the whole challenge 3 times for visible results - 14 days, then ca. 7 - 10 days break (during period), then again 14 days and so on. Now I do a mix of the 10min Saddle Area Challenge with this one - one day I do the 10 min Saddle Area workout, the other I do the Love Handles and Lower Belly Fat.
Thats what i want to lose weight from my tummy and love handles i put weight on because of medication i need to do something its effecting my walking etc because of my weight

Day 1:🎉🎉🎉 I did so well today. Not very easy but I didn’t cheat. Will come back for more updates
Day2: I did well, but Ey this workout is not easy
Day3: I actually felt the burns during the exercise today but completed it.
Day4: I feel like a rockstar!
Day5: I’m so happy, it’s starting to feel a bit easier! And I can actually feel the difference in my waist.
Day6: I took a 2 days rest during the weekend. And started day 6 on Monday. It wasn’t too bad.
Day 7: All the exercises are easier for me now and my yoga pants are getting a bit loose in the waist 😅

but keep in Mind, it is not possible to lose fat on a particular spot like that because of an exercise! U are just training the muscle!
Did you loose your belly fat Susan B? Post menopausal midriff fat is a right pain in the “tucas” & very hard to shift (well in my case for sure). ❤😂

I was skeptical but had nothing to lose but belly fat, so I did the 14 day challenge (only skipped one day 😬). I took a before and after pic and I truly can say IT WORKS!!! My love handles have noticeably shrunk! Thanks for this video and making an impact in my workout in my problem area!

when doing the workout did u feel pain in the love handle area? i only do a bit and i'm worried it wont work if it doesn't burn
@@SelinArslan-nt4vu the pain means its working the right muscles.. do a proper stretch afterwards and you'll be good..they get sore thats why u feel pain

Age Late 60s
I suffer from fibromyalgia/chronic pain...but here goes! Start date 1st March 2023.
At start: Waist 28" Belly/Muffin 35" Height 5'5"
Day 1: Did it!
Day 2: Ooh some muscle pains in ribs, but managed the routine.
Day 3: Muscle aches not so bad. Did the routine.
Day 4: So fatigued today, and achey, not sure I can do it
But I did it!
Day 5: Struggling with pain and fatigue, but completed routine.
Day 6: In pain from gardening, but managed the routine. 6 days in now!
Day 7: Tough again today, but did the routine.
Edit:
I got up to day 10 and had lost an inch off my waist! Then pain from the fibromyalgia stopped me. I had to concentrate on getting the pain under control.
24th March. I started the routine again, and will update again in a few weeks.
When I saw this I thought that looks easy but here I am begging my heart to stop pounding so fast. Struggling to make it through without a pause. Awesome workout.

Did this workout for 2 weeks straight and definitely see great results! No changes on the scale but I feel a difference in my stomach and back area. I see definition and feel so much slimmer!! Definitely doing this everyday
My loves, i just wanted to share that this workout really works wonders! I've been practicing it for the past month, and I'm truly amazed by the results. Always remember to tune in to your body and practice patience with yourself. It only takes one small habit added to your routine to start seeing the changes. I strongly believe it's more about the mental aspect than the physical one. One you start doing things for your own well being this is when the results will last💗
Tomorrow will mark 2 weeks of this workout. Measured this morning and I’ve lost a half inch at waist and hips and a whole inch at bust.
Been doing this workout regularly and I'm seeing results!!! I always add this workout at the end of any other workouts I'm doing and it's been a game-changer!! Try it for at least 14 days! Edit: officially lost 4 pounds with only this work-out! I've been trying a few different online workouts for 2 years and I kept of gaining weight. First time I'm losing some! feels amazing!
Weight can be a bit finicky because muscle weighs more than fat, so you were probably just gaining some muscle. Glad you’ve found a workout that gets the results you’ve wanted tho!
so you have to do this workout along with some other workout?
@@aaa-tm2kp If you want the best results yes, as you can’t truly target fat loss in a specific area. It really depends on each individual body tho, and you might have to just try different exercises to find what works for you.

I’m a mom of 6 at 36 and as much as I’d love to lose weight weighing at 155 I really just need to lose my thighs and belly inches. 10 minutes is about all I can spare. Thank you for this video. I’m hoping it helps me. Day 1 down. Here’s to trying to stay motivated and get it done.

14 days challenge completed today!✅ I suffer from depressive episodes and this workout was the only thing I was able to do during the past few weeks because it is so short and it did not require too much from me except from showing up for 10 minutes. I‘m your fan, Sally! First day, I could hardly finish the workout, had some troubles with the coordination of movements during some exercises. Hi i'm 62. I used to do a different video specifically for love handles and lower belly fat and i switched to this one. It works !! Ive forwarded to both of my granddaughters and my daughter. At first it was really challenging but keep pushing and you'll be able to get through it without huffing and puffing. Im now getting back into my size 6 pants without feeling like I'm squeezed into them. Exercise keeps you in shape and young. Love the music and routine. Thanks

15 years ago I quit working in the gym and also quit doing anything of sport because i was always skinny. The most important thing is to keep your ABS tight (by pulling your belly button in) for the whole duration of the video. Otherwise you probably won’t see results. Before I knew that I did ABS workouts with my belly kept loose and sticked out and wondered why nothing has changed.
I’ve been doing the workout for about two weeks daily (with 2 or 3 exceptions) and I can already see a difference!

I'm 65 and the size of a hobit lol and thoroughly enjoyed this. I'm an Ethical Vegan so my diet doesn't need changing. Didn't keep up with the amount to some exercises because my brain had to adjust so next time I'm more prepared. Im wanting to go mountain climbing this year so I'm exercising everyday in preparation.

As promised, I saw a difference after 2 weeks. Just keep going! I love the preview of the next exercise and the countdown for each one. It makes staying on track much easier. AMAZING!!! ! do alot of 10 mins cardio and this is now one of my favorites!
I started this 10 min workout 22 months post partum and I can tell THIS WORKS! I used to be a triathlete pre-pregnancy but my figure massively changed after giving birth to a massive 4.3kg baby (im petite 5ft). My c section pouch (which I cant do much about that as that’s how I was stitched back) but I can say that my tummy is visibly tighter again and it doesnt bulge as much as before. But before trying this workout I worked on closing my diastasis recti first with help of Sally’s workout videos 😊 they all work!
Day 14, definitely helped me reduce belly fat 🎉. I think I gonna try do this twice a day.

Doing this 2x a day for a week!! (Started 7/6/23)
Day 1 : it was kinda hard but I got through it!!
Day 2 : my stomach was sore from the previous day, but it got a bit better!!
Day 3 & 4 : Lowk forgot to update but I lost about 2 inches off of my waist :)

Simple and Easy to do... Juz 10 mins to tone our body. Great one Miss Sally!!! Thanks for tis Video. It actually happens within 14 days. No change in Weight but could see the shrunken muscles near hips and inner thighs. Awesome❤ I'm loving it... Continuity makes my body flexible and strong😊
