- This super quick workout will help you lose that muffin top, lower belly fat, side belly fat, and love handles. It's only 5 minutes long and can be done at home or from anywhere because you don't need any equipment!
These standing core and oblique exercises will target your muffin top and the standing cardio exercises will burn body fat. We are going to move fast without any breaks because we want to burn as many calories as possible within these 5 minutes!
