- Do this quick and effective standing inner and outer thighs workout to lose thigh fat. We are doing all exercises in a standing position without any equipment! No repeat to keep it fun!
The exercises I selected target specifically the inner and outer thighs. And I included just a few cardio exercises for an calorie burn.
Please don't forget that to lose body fat you need to stay consistent and also eat healthy.
This workout is suitable for any level, also if you are pregnant, postpartum or have a diastasis recti.
