    First and foremost, you look amazing...
    Second, this was an awesome workout, one of my favorites. I had to do a few of the modifications but I still pushed through it and even broke a sweat.

    Can it exchange the muffin-top belly fat exercises? The standingworkout version? I love your workout session, it's so easy to achieve. Especially as a mother that cannot always go to a gym practice because she has a sleeping breastfeeding baby at home....

    My Upper & lower belly is not going anywhere....... I am so so much in pain b/c of this. So many vedios on u-tube but no one says that it works 100% or its a garenty work out no one..
    As I have only one & only one simple & authentic exer for hip reduction just 15 days you can see visible results... But belly oooo belly no one can guide

      So I hear. Scientific evidence, bla bla bla… But! I keep working out (not this particular workout), and even though I did not lose weight, did not lose arm fat (because I do not focus as much on the arms) - I definitely see my top belly fat reducing!

      Scientific bullshit can be damned… “professionals” are still, learning. They haven't found evidence doesn't mean they can certainly say for 100% certainty.
