      Can diastasis recti exercise only makes someone's big tummy to come down. I noticed the core is coming together but tummy is still big. What could be the cause and what can I do to make it come down?

      it is 1 year and 7 months after delivery and the circumference of my stomach measures 34cm using a measuring tape. I was told that I have diastasis recti and I have started engaging in diastasis recti exercises, so my question is can the exercise make my tummy to be flat again or is there a meal plan I will combine with the exercise to get a flat tummy? Thank you

      @@obycindy8350 if you have diastasis recti, it is probably the reason why you are not getting it as flat as you want it to be. So you need to work on closing that gap. Please note that if you have a 1.5 or 1 finger wide gap, this is considered closed. Anything bigger is diastasis recti. So I would recommend you to do the diastasis recti core workout from my channel 3x per week and on the other days you can do this workout, or my standing love handles workout, or any other standing core workout from my channel. They are all diastasis recti safe. I highly recommend combining it with healthy eating to lose overall body fat.     Not my favorite video, I prefer the standing versions of this. I tried though! Some of the moves were just too awkward or difficult to get right. It would be great to have a version of this with cues on how to do these moves properly.
