- This is an ugly video of me laying on my back under the car cutting and grinding away at the old rusted out bracing. This is a job that would be way easier to do on a lift of a rotisserie but like most people I don't have either. I fought through it and everything is back together. Might not look like factory work, but it's just as strong.
You give me hope for me and my 2dr 58
Thanks for sharing Dan 😀👍
David frieberger always says get it driving make it perfect later. You are doing great.
The Square Hollow tab is to hold in the bottom part of the back seat , great job on your chevy . I just bought an old straight axle to put on my 55 Gathering all the right parts for the build I'm sure you know how that goes.

It’s good to see that even when you run into problems you seem to come up with a resolution quickly.
Great find on the parts. I was looking at the CI catalog, and the tri five parts can get pricey. Kudos for the Flowmaster 40s. I have them on my GTO.
What a cool project. Makes me want to grab a 4 door and get to work

Looks good👊
Do you remember we’re you got the body braces? Can’t find sections that look like the ones you got. Thanks for the content.
When I did my old car they didn’t make any panels so had to make your own
Did you make the piece your front seat bolts too?
Where did you order floor braces from?
👍👊
less talk, show more work.
