I don't know why it's so hard to describe the beauty of this video. Theory and practice are one thing but when you experience that true feeling of doing that workout day in day out, you feel the fat getting melted. It takes time and patience but then it just becomes part of you. Very well described!
I really appreciate this video. Sometimes we become so obsessed with getting the results we want right away that we lose sight of the process itself. This ultimately causes us to lose hope and give up. One of the most crucial things we can do for our health is to exercise regularly. So we need to learn how to appreciate the process and make it enjoyable. Good luck on your journey everyone! :)
Great job on your journey. It took me a year to remove soda from my daily routine and then I expanded to all sugar except a very limited occasional treat once you get processed sugar out of your diet for a long period you no longer crave it. When I started running and exercising more, the strength and stamina gains keep me motivated to continue so I don’t lose what I’ve worked so hard to achieve at that point.

This year i said to myself, this time i will seek the pleasure in the process of training. Not think about the resutl at all! This makes the gym time more fun and i don't dread the thought of having to go there, but make myself look up to it. I see it as a time where i clock out of thoughts and just focus on the physical. And after some time, i saw myself in thr mirror one morning and saw some differences in the body. It looks healthier and the skin is shining 😊 The result is a bonus! The real deal is the process. I hope everybody can find their own way into this. ❤

Lana, you will always be healthy because you love yourself ❤. There are some things I would say. Firstly, I have never drunk and will never drink alcohol because my dad drank it a lot (my mom got divorced from him almost 15 years ago) and I don't want to follow his behavior. Secondly, I have recently neglected workout. This explains why I have mood swings. Sometimes, I feel bad when I see certain people on social media going to the gym when I could do a workout at home, even the most basic one + walking and riding in nature. What's more yoga is for everyone, for both women and men. This is a beautiful video, Lana. I appreciate you so much for showing your lovely discipline and heading in the right direction of your life. 🤗

Wonderful neat little video!! ✨ My guiding mantra when it comes to working out and doing "hard stuff" is "Take imperfect action and fine tune as you go"! It can daunting and scary in the beginning but don't be afraid to take imperfect action! It's better than getting analysis paralysis (I've def been there) and not taking action at all! :))

Well.....I have been doing workout+yoga+learning french from day 1 of the year.....and I feel awesome
I’ve been finding it really challenging to work out lately because I don’t want to rely on it as a sole tool to boost my mental health or make my body look a certain way. I just want to live longer but because of body issues in my past and still sort of in my present, I’m finding it hard to stay on track or find something that works for me
Maybe I could do it more for goals instead such as running a marathon etc at some point

Very inspirational for a healthy lifestyle.
I wish I could put myself out there and just do a bit of sports, but I really hate all kind of sports. I don’t want to gain muscles or so I just want to lose some weight and stay fit.
For me it all feels pointless even when I have the goal to get fit.
When I think about that I can only imagine one way to achieve all of it and this is with a partner, but unfortunately i never was lucky enough for it or was able to find one.
And I know it has nothing to do with my looks because when I was in a better shape it was the same.
For me it would be a great start to just don’t lose motivation on something after a few minutes, and from there I can grow.
With respect to sustainability, especially as you get older, I've found that you have to embrace the process. The results are secondary. If you're not having fun *doing* it, it's not going to last.

It’s a small thing but having workout clothes ready night before along with food for before and after workout makes it easier to stay consistent

I'm 15 yrs old and one of the things that I'm consious about myself is my physical image. Sometimes i just want to be healthy as a teenager, and weigh the normal weight of a teenager my age, but everytime i remember the beauty standards of social media right now, i just want to starve myself and do a bunch of workouts that will make my waist smaller, my butt bigger, my arms slimmer, my hip dips less visible, and many more. I have the normal weight of a 15 yrs old but Im not fit. Im not sure if having the "perfect body" will make me happy, i think i just want to have it to make me look more attractive and feel more confident.
