  • Hello everyone! Today, we have an "Obliques Workout" and oh I am excited for you to try it! This workout features many NEW ab exercises that will make your abs burnnnn. Like always, remember to engage your core and breathe. Controlling your breathing will change the effectiveness of the workout, making it more intense. So breathe and squeeze!

    I have to say, this workout is amazing. It's straight to the point. If you want to simplify your abs routine this is it. No fluff and extremely efficient and effective. If you could hear my comment it would come along thunderous applause. Probably on of the best routines on CZcams if you are looking for something that will target the aesthetics of your abdominals ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Elizabeth your oblique workouts always kill me like no others and HAHA the blogilates candlesticks were the first oblique exercise that I ever did, over a year ago. Still can remember how sore they made me and honestly they still do kill my obliques.. Anyways we love the pain... Thank you for the new video I am EXCITED and love you.

      @0zoe _ i mean i can give y'all my update : this really stabilized and made my abs show more.
      I am already pretty lean, but this helped me tone up various body parts.
      I did go running too, but i feel like the main part came from working out :)

    I've been combining your weighted lower ab, oblique and upper ab workouts for a great half hour workout. I've been doing this 3 times a week for the past 3 months. I'll switch out the weighted oblique workout with this one to get a different variety of exercises. Thanks for the workouts. Keep putting them out!

      @@evaevaevaeva1 It has contributed to my weight loss and waist decrease but I'm also using the elliptical and weight training and I've improved my diet so I don't want to give you any false hopes. Don't expect immediate results. Keep working hard and consistently. Having a variety of routines keeps exercising fun and motivated.

    hi guys so i have some question and really hope you guys could show me the right answer. Like Elizabeth said, its very important to control your breath. but when do we breath in and when do we breath out? and also i read somewhere that you should breath in with your nose and out with your mouth is this true? ive been working out for a while and do see some changes but its not significant, therefore now i really wanna know how to control my breath to get the best result.
    It's a bit long im so sr but truly hope you guys can acknowledge me

      Hello. You can breathe in and out through your nose. Usually breathe out when you exert effort. Like for the side twist, you breathe out going up to the center.
