Hello everyone! Today, we have ANOTHER weighted ab workout and more is coming your way! How did you guys like this workout? It was intense but definitely doable. I want you all to ALWAYS focus on engaging that core (tighten your core as if someone is punching your stomach). Ab workouts are highly effective if you engage your core. And to make the workout easier and smoother, breathe with control. Seriously, don’t forget to breathe! Try it out and you’ll see a difference in how you feel as you do the exercises.

CRAZY! just realised it didn't have a break in each exercise. Had to pause several times. I'm in pain😫 while she looks just fine. I have no core strength at all😕
