    Hello everyone! Today, we have ANOTHER weighted ab workout and more is coming your way! How did you guys like this workout? It was intense but definitely doable. I want you all to ALWAYS focus on engaging that core (tighten your core as if someone is punching your stomach). Ab workouts are highly effective if you engage your core. And to make the workout easier and smoother, breathe with control. Seriously, don’t forget to breathe! Try it out and you’ll see a difference in how you feel as you do the exercises.

    Gosh, i combined this with 10mins cardio, her 7 mins heaven abs and this one and WAS KILLER, I've been working out for almost 1 year already and I suddenly left my other ab workout cuz I found yours and girl, you may create ur abs calendar, i can feel the burn so far, thank you a million for this free and effective workouts, ur such an angel! ✨💗

    CRAZY! just realised it didn't have a break in each exercise. Had to pause several times. I'm in pain😫 while she looks just fine. I have no core strength at all😕
    Can you please adding break during exercise. Simply to get proper form and catching out breath please. I'm. Dying! Great exercise. Thank you, Liz

    Super late comment, but could you possibly make (or link me to it if you’ve already made it) a version of this for a heavier dumbbell? I was using 10lbs for all the twists, but I can’t hold it between my feet…
