      I finished and I can say that I have toned up a lot in my upper ab area. I will continue to do this workout but with an 8lb weight instead of 5lbs.

    Flashback to March 2020 I probably would've died from this and gave up immediately less than halfway thru. So glad I persevered through the difficult times when starting out and now I'm here completing weighted workouts 😭😭 thank you so much, workout youtubers 💕💕

    Ok, I will try this for 14 days, in order to even out my abdomen, since the top is bigger and I don't like it.
    Day 1: done🐫
    Day 2: done🦙
    Day 3: done🐘
    Day 4: done🦏
    Day 5: done🦛
    Day 6: done🐐 (I just want to say that my upper abdomen is smaller, I'm thrilled.)
    Day 7: done🐏
    Day 8: done🐑
    Day 9: done🐎
    Day 10: done🐖
    Day 11: done🦇
    Day 12: done🐓
    Day 13: done🦃 (I have only one day left !!!)
    Day 14: done🕊 !!!
    RESULTS:
    Ok, after 14 days of doing this exercise I have to say that I am happy!!!!😆😆😆
    My upper abdomen decreased a lot, it's still not completely flat, but compared to the beginning it's better. Thank you Elizabeth, for this video, I will keep trying more of your videos, to get a beautiful body like yours.💖💕

      I just updated today and I am really seeing the difference, you don't know how happy this makes me, as my abdomen is not quite flat, the top is bigger, which makes it not look so good, but with this video, I am correcting that and getting to have a flat upper abdomen, thank you so much, and keep uploading videos, I am doing them and it makes me so happy to see the results 😊😊😊😊.

      (Pd: I have a question, do you have any exercise program or routine to do day by day, something like a weekly workout plan, I think it would come in handy, for those who like me don't know what videos of yours to do day by day).

    I combined it with the intense 10 min AB WORKOUT. it was such an effective workout and this really the best upper ab workout I've ever did !!,
