    Hello everyone, I am so excited to share today’s video with you guys. It has got to be one of my favorite workouts. It seems very easy and doable, but let me tell you, IT’S VERY EFFECTIVE ( and there is a good chance you will feel sore the next day :D ). Remember, we can’t spot-reduce fat, but we do exercises that will help tone the general area, and this workout is perfect for that. We will be targeting the back and obliques, both go hand in hand with each other throughout this workout session. And if you don't have dumbbells, don't worry! You can substitute it with a book, a water bottle, a can, a bag, a chair, a TV, a microwave, literally ANYTHING works! So pick it up and workout with me!

    Adding this to my workout today! An hour of workouts for today, and two of the ab videos are yours! Your weighted ab routines have done a lot! You're right, they're very effective! (I've been using 8lb weights)

    The best weighted obliques I’ve seen yet!! I’ve followed Pamela Reif and love her spirit, but I’m a bit over the many planks and mountain climbers for all the ab work. Following you now! So effective.

    Your work outs are the only ones that get results in the promised times you say.
    I don't feel depleted or fell like I am starving I dont get too enegised or sluggish.
    I have been skinny fat with problem areas that hard to discipline but your work out work

    I'd love it if you did a voiceover giving cues for each exercise in your videos....sometimes I'm not sure what to look out for/ whether I'm doing it right hahah. But thank you for the workout! :)

    Your workout videos are great but one thing that really bother viewers are that you always drag up your leggings after you finish an exercise. It is just annoying to see you do that every time in your videos. Hopefully you can improve on that in your future videos.
