Hello everyone! Today, we have a VERY fun and challenging arm workout that will make you burn, cry, laugh, and strong. The key goal is to not put your arms down (don't worry, I do give you a small break. I'm not a monster ;D). Also, Mama Chu actually gave me the idea for one of the exercises so shoutout to her.

It works to those wondering , you can feel the burn 🔥 and you’ll probably drop your arms a few times (cause I did 😅) very effective overall!

I have been doing this for the past 5 days and OH. MY. GOODNESS. My arms have never, and I mean NEVER, changed so fast. Consistency is key. I'm going to continue doing this for another week, but I'm so happy with my results thus far! Thank you, Elizabeth!! You're wonderful!

As a rock climber myself, I have to say that either being only able to do home training has reduced my strength quite a bit more than I thought or this is genuinely really hard, wow. But it does make me feel accomplished and strong so thank you!

Today is my first day of doing the workout and i couldn't do the whole workout without having to drop my arms a few times but I hope I get stronger as I continue to do this😅😭

DAY2 : my arms were sore from yesterday and I really didn't wanted to workout today but I pushed myself to finish the workout! I still had to drop my arms around 2-3 times while doing it.

This is the first arm workout I've done that I've actually felt in my back. It's been two days and I'm still sore😂😂
I have tried so many arm workouts and it’s not like they were easy or sth I still struggled... but this is the first workout ever ( also compared to all of the leg, thigh, abs, back, -whatever else- workouts ) where I just had to lower my arms for so often ( maybe also because I already had an intense workout routine and I am doing this now for the very ending ) but I swear my arms were burning, so thank you!! I was literally searching for an intense arm workout like this and I love it! ♥️♥️
Also I must say the prayer pulses were literally the only ones I finished without having to break down xD but I guess maybe opening my arms ( from the prayer position ) required me more strength than just finishing the exercise 😆

I didn't put my arms down at all! And trust me I wanted to when you did the exercises with a bent over back. Incredible and extremely effective! Great time amount too.
Ight well I struggle with losing weight. Some workouts make me bulk up fast so it's kinda hard to find workouts right for me.

Do you have to do this continuously like no breaks in between?
@@cheesescake 99% yes but you can always pace yourself. EX: you can do 55 secs and take a 5 sec break :) you will build up strength! :) hope this helps

I'm gonna be trying this arm workout today and If I really feel the burn as I want I'll do for 2 weeks and tell you guys if it was effective. My arms are 12,5 inches.

the way my ears open up when i do arm rainbows and ceiling raises wtfffff is that .. outside of my weird body thanks for the exercise one of the best arm workouts methinks

I felt it in my arms but honestly this gave me neck pain too, I had to put my arms down because it hurt me neck so much
day one: ✅ done but it felt really hard for me and i had to take multiple breaks
I only dropped my arms like one time and I’m really proud of myself not dying during this video like usual😭

Still haven't completed 10 min but progress! Can now do up to 4 min after a back exercise. Im trying to this everyday, but the least is every other day. Hope i can see results in 2 months 😓 if i persevere. I always drop exercises but since this is just 10 mins I'm hoping!!

That happens to me during certain movements as well; always feel free to stop and skip the exercise if it causes you any discomfort! Comfort and safety first
