      You can do whatever suits you! It is very effective on its own, but you can definitely do this as a warm up or a cardio blast after your workout session-

    I got so mad at you halfway through the video omg. "almost done"?!?!?!?!? we were like SIX exercises from FINISHING!! don't get my hopes so high omfg
