And i LOVE how u include your babies in your vids so much! im a crazy animal lover (esp dogs) and i hate it when youtubers just give a token one or 2 second flash of their dog (or cat or birdy's rabbits goannas whatever!) so THANKS for that mate. Also love the scene where hubbys nonchalantly eating at computer while behind him theres a happy smiling woman in red and black flying thru the air! lol
Those mash chippies are BRILLIANT! They're gonna revolutionize my fat-free chippy eating! They look so good! So much more filling cos theyre so dense looking, and because each chippy has such long wide sides, theres way more surface area to brown up and get super crunchy in the air fryer/oven!
i always add some non-watery veges to my mash like cooked carrots & green beans, plus handfuls of edamame, peas & corn! chuck em in with the hot potatoes, then i mash the lot! ~ (its a good way to use up any leftover steamed veges in the fridge) So my mash-chippies using your FABULOUS method...are gonna look a bit technicolour and wierd but i dont care! lol

What air fryer are you using? I’m considering getting one.
I have two air fryers now, I know this is an unreasonably delayed response, I'm sorry. I have a Magic Chef XL and a Gourmet 6qt from Costco. Both are great. If you haven't bought one already, just get the best you can afford -- they are all very similar! The most important factor is the capacity, be sure to get at least 5 qt capacity or more.

I was so enjoying our "lockdown" time when Costco had the non-essential aisles roped off. It cut down on the crowds SO MUCH. Apparently no one goes there to buy food (except me). I refuse to go there any later than 11am. Hahaha
Omg yes!! They just started opening the non-essential areas of Costco, it was a zoo! There was a line up inside of Costco just to get to the clothing section 😯
@@PotatoWisdom I haven't been since they opened that section on Friday. I'm dreading it. I honestly don't know what people are doing in those sections. Why are they so crazy to get in there?! I get my fruit, veg, beans, etc, and GTFO! LOL

I just got an instant pot, so time to pressure cook potatoes! I use to steam them in my rice steamer. Lol

not really 🤷🏻♀️. That’s a normal COVID lockdown line for us, it’s been like this since March 2020. I think we are getting close to reopening “non-essential” businesses though.

Okay this made me giggle... and yes my spud was deep in the mud. I had a rough end of 2021. One of my dogs got very sick, was in the emergency hospital for 3 days. While it was happening I was in momma bear mode.. handling it like a champ. But after... it was like PTSD set in. Thank you for checking in.. and I'm sorry it took so long to reply.
