    I love these videos. I watch them every time I want junk food. Helps keep me on track 🙂 I love your potato storage too!! I have potato envy. Its so hard to find potatoes sold in actual paper bags in my area. Here they're in plastic which makes them susceptible to sunlight so they turn green in the market.

    This whole covid shenanigan really threw me for a loop and I put on about 30 lbs, I have been following you for years from another account and I think it's time for me to hop back in and give this a try. The salty chippy struggle is for real over here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am always ready to eat twice in the morning so I have been trying to split up my breakfast.

    I just stopped eating so many potatoes after 2yrs every meal, I just stopped. I went back to oatmeal breakfast, potatoes for lunch and only salad for dinner…I made soups every second week of just veggie soup,,,cabbage and broccoli soups,,,now Im ready to get back to potatoes slowly, 2 meals and oatmeal in the mornings. I will eventually add potatoes for breakfast. I miss your videos but have been following you in instagram

    I'm always hungry in the morning, I was eating my brekkie of roasted Japanese sweet potato while I watched this 😋💕🍠 Look at you, adapting to no caffeine already! Our bodies are amazing. I love how many games you play with your girls, and the toys and puzzles you have for them! You're a great pup mum! 💕🐕

    Mash fries are the best! I get a weekly produce box delivered and unexpectedly got a rutabaga and decided to experiment making rutabaga potato mash fries (of course they were inspired by you and spudfit) and they turned out delicious! Thought I would share this 😃 Love these videos!

    So, or the potato brick, I sauté finely-chopped carrot, onion and celery to mix in with the potatoes. Much tastier (to my tastebuds) than plain potatoes.

    You could put parchment between layers. I tried this but the fries fell apart in a few places. I cooked them in the oven and they were great. Thank you. 😊

      I've tried doing layers in my air fryer but the bottom layer ends up missing out on the hot air. I think the oven is my favourite method but I rarely use it (I hate turning on such a big appliance for just me).

    Mash Potato Brick….could you take your large container, press your mash down, place some parchment down, then press another layer…to use the entire container?

    When do you stop eating the night before? I feel hungry almost all the time, but it is not real hunger 👵🏼🐞

      I don't eat at the same times each day so it varies. Last night I had a small potato just before going to bed. Sometimes I'm done eating by 7pm.

    How do you battle the gas and bloat from eating potatoes

      Try drinking peppermint tea. I don't experience bloat or gas from potatoes but I do get it from veggies like broccoli and cauliflower. Peppermint tea can help.
