This channel is a calisthenics gem. Great tutorial! If I lived in Australia, I'd be a regular student.
You helped me unlock kick to handstand. The key was kicking up not forward. And also (pre)loading the body on the arms (so pushing slightly forward with shoulders) before kicking up. Which apparently enable you to « catch » the body more easily once the legs are in the air. Now I need to hold for more than 5 secondes…

But I don't know how to train faster for balance mobility and strength together , can you tell me a daily schedule like we do in gym push pull leg
Can you do a straddle planche?
