    You helped me unlock kick to handstand. The key was kicking up not forward. And also (pre)loading the body on the arms (so pushing slightly forward with shoulders) before kicking up. Which apparently enable you to « catch » the body more easily once the legs are in the air. Now I need to hold for more than 5 secondes…

    I have watched many of your videos about balance strength and mobility and they are one of the best on yt
    But I don't know how to train faster for balance mobility and strength together , can you tell me a daily schedule like we do in gym push pull leg
