Thanks, very impressive. I feel a heavy load in the shoulder and upper biceps triceps area during a negative tuck planche which I can't hold yet.
Information overwhelming. Keep going... 🎉❤😊
Thank you, I will
I found this video extremely beneficial for a guy my age. Thanks for reminding me and for the motivation to do more for my spine flexibility and tuck planche training!💪
Great to hear!

Pretty awesome man. I’m just getting into this … not quite fat to fit challenge but not far off 😂
Great to hear and welcome 🙃
Absolute perfection.
Thanks!
great vids mate !
Glad you like them!
very good Paul...haven't commented in a while, still following, very helpful....wrist mobility is my prob, so pbars work for me with these exercises.....but I practice with using the hands to condition them over time....I find working with the fingertips on the tuck planche is a nice progression between hands and pbars.....
Finger tips is interesting, never tried a Planche like that.
@@PaulTwyman Like pbars, with fingers, keeps wrists neutral and gives you that added elevation...but tuck planche were talking about; not planche...haven't tried that yet....😁
Thank you
You're welcome
Hi Paul. Is lifting weights a pre-requisite for bodyweight moves like planche or handstand? Thanks Paul
Could you show us how to do the tuck planche to handstand?
Yes try this video czcams.com/video/iWSjB6DsDow/video.htmlsi=iRDAWrsBIitIa4rc
Sir Good 👍
Many many thanks
❤❤❤
Hi Paul, quick question: do you think it's necessary to master the tuck planche before attempting a press from the crane to a handstand? I ask that because in this type of press we don't go low enough to reach the actual tuck planche position.
No you need a tuck Planche to go from crane or crow but protraction conditioning and strengthening will makes things easier. Press Handstand drills would be great for you like this czcams.com/video/2K5PhFSMi6I/video.htmlsi=MtHTcUQXRwsaY-YF
How to tuck planche this into handstand. Can I ask you to make a video?
I’ll make an update soon but this is my latest Planche to Handstand video czcams.com/video/iWSjB6DsDow/video.htmlsi=QyCvTsmz6SwOxd4B
Tnx

You are excellent performar.
But when you have to teach you should find easy method for beginers.

Old age is not what usually stops people over 40 from doing this stuff, it's the obesity epidemic!
Yes lack of movement is a big issue
