I do 8 clean seconds of adv. Tuck. I can hold it for 14 or so seconds with bad form after the 8th sec. Can hold frog unassisted for a few seconds.
Trying to move towards longer unassisted frog and then straddle.

This is EXACTLY how I train planche....pbars inverted outwards, band (base of neck height), and band (mine is much thicker😁) around waist....I do 6 sets for 5-10s holds working easy-hard-easy: tuck planch, 1 leg straight/1 leg tuck, full planch X2, and back down.. then I finish with straddle planche pushups X10 reps....LOVE the bands for planche and muscle up training....
if you train for muscle up you are propably not ready for planche
@@wallesdrop3026 with bands you can hold the position and spend time under tension with either skill (planche or muscle up) it helps you to improve...even with the progressions....why I love the bands....
