Special SAMBAL- versatile hot condiment to accompany your favorite dish | Resep Sambel Istimewa

Sambal come to the rescue for any bland dish or tasteless food. For millions of people, eating is not complete without sambal. It's a good condiment or companion for endless variety of savory food including rice, noodles, fried chicken, fried meat, soup, fried and boiled egg and so on.
Ingredients:
- 3-5 Red Chilies. Small chilies usually hotter. Remove seeds for less spicy for children
- Handfull of Shallots or 3 small Red Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 Tomatoes. More if you want more volume and less spice sambal.
- 3 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 Lemongrass stalk
- 3 Lime leaves
- 1/4 tsp Shrimp cube or shrimp paste
- 1 tsp Coconut or palm sugar
- 1 tsp Tamarind juice
- Salt to taste
- White Sugar to balance the saltiness and sourness

Indonesian:
Sambel - tidak perlu diperkenalkan lagi ya! :) Sambel multi-fungsi ini cocok banget untuk ayam penyet, pecel ayam, pecel lele, mie goreng, ayam goreng segala versi, dan lain-lain sebagainya.
Bahan:
- 3-5 Cabai merah. Cabai kecil lebih pedas. Buang bijinya jika tidak kuat pedas atau untuk anak-anak
- Segenggam bawang merah atau 3 bawang bombay merah
- 3 siung bawang putih
- 2 tomat. Lebih banyak jika ingin banyak isi dan kurang pedas.
- 3 sdm minyak masak
- 1 Serai
- 3 daun jeruk
- 1/4 sdt bubuk kaldu udang atau terasi udang
- 1 sdt gula merah
- 1 sdt asam jawa
- Garam secukupnya
- Gula pasir untuk penyeimbang rasa.

Untuk video yang ini sayang banget chef tulisannya kadang kurang jelas karena warna backgroundnya. Padahal tulisannya bermanfaat informasinya. Buat pengguna layar lebar seperti komputer atau laptop mungkin masih bisa kelihatan. Kalau saya lihatnya dari hp harus pause dulu buat bacanya 😁
