Cheesy Chicken Mushroom Pie with Broccoli | Full Recipe

This is a savory pie with flaky pie crust. Rich with flavor from chicken, mushroom and cheese.
Recipe:
PIE CRUST
2.5 cups (300 gr) All-purpose Flour
190 gr Salted Butter (if unsalted, add salt as below)
3/8 tsp Salt (if using unsalted butter)
6 tbsp Iced water
1 pc Egg yolk for glazing
FILLING
35 gr Butter
1 tbsp Oil
2 clove Garlic (minced)
1/2 small Onion
1/2 tsp Thyme (dried)
1/2 Chicken breast
3 large Mushroom
100 gr Broccoli
100 ml Milk
150 gr cheese
To taste Salt and Pepper
1 tbsp plain flour (for thickening)

How long would the total baking time be approximately?

Approximately 15 minutes for the first blind baking and another 15 minutes for the final baking with the fillings.
