So after listening to an interview with Keith and Jim, I got to understand that they lived on the moon, where Neil Armstrong suddenly appeared. They call him «the man with the strongest arms». Well, Armstrong sat with them and spoke about life on earth. Keith and Jim said in the interview that Armstrong told them true stories from the earth, as how people are afraid that grandmas can be eaten by wolfs (in or outside their home). So after Armstrong left the moon, Keith and Jim thought of this great idea: why not give the wolfs bananas, so they don’t need to eat anyones grandmas. And that’s What they need to communicate to the people og the earth!

BY FAR my favourite in this years MGP. It's pretty much like The Roop, with the fact that assumed joke entries actually are produced very very well. I'm pretty much hoping they have great staging because if they do, this can easily win MGP considering MGP is 100% televote based. I'm sad to see some people do dislike this song quite a bit, but honestly I'm just living for this song.

When I first saw the title of this and heard a little snippet, I rolled my eyes thinking it was a joke. Then I listened to the whole thing and dammit it’s earwormed me. It’s one of those that, if it grabs the mood, could win Eurovision.
Also, I have a feeling the identities will stay secret until competing is done - whether that’s after final of MGP or in Turin .
I think theyd reveal at end of MGP - as I imagine Norwegians will know who they are so it would be a surprise reveal, whereas Europeans wont know who they are either way

Lol these lyrics. This is a lot of fun though. I’m in love with Death of Us but that’s just my personal taste. I will happily bounce around to this, the stage show at eurovision could be soo good. It just seems destined to be there.

Their height dosen't match up with Ylvis. But it really sounds like the Norwegian artist Gaute Ormåsen in the singing part!! And for what the song is about, you can connect it to Little Red Riding hood with "the wolf eats my grandma" and "I really like your teeth" So fun!
I’m not sure who this is, but the style is typical Ylvis.
When it comes to heights, Bård is higher than Vegard, and they could have given him more heals so he looks even higher👍
“Keith and Jim” are using universal record company, while Gaute has another one. It would be weird if Gaute used another record company 🤔 But I’m not sure at all😅
@@lillm6874 The way these contracts work Gaute (RCA) would likely not be allowed to do something with Universal. But Ylvis are on Universal, and I (and many others) think that the height difference is quite similar. They also use the same black suits as Ylvis did in their talk show. But who knows, it'll be interesting to see, - if they ever reveal themselves...🐺🍌🍌🐺

I think that Ylvis wrote the song, and that one of the voice is Gaute Ormåsen who sings, look him up at CZcams and listen to his voice. He became nr 2 in Norwegian Idol in 2003. And i think Ben Adams is the other voice. 🤩👍🐺🍌

If you liked "What does the fox say?", you should check out "Intolerant", which is another song by Ylvis... It's a joke song of course, but is really really good, and has an amazing video. Their best song imo
The voices are not Ylvis, but I can't imagine anybody else doing something close to their fox-concept, and the dance routine is so similar to things they've done before in a Norwegian TV program. I belive they are involved in this somehow..

I don't think the vocals sound like anything Ylvis has done, but if you watch their old variety shows where they adlib songs in waiting room or taxi pranks they can do any voice singing or spoken.
But I can tie everything else about Subwoolfer and their antics back to a specific Ylvis bit down to an odd fascination with American men's first names. They have a song verse, "I live with Steve and John, Mark and Christopher and Tom, Teddy P and Bruce".
And with their Kyrgystan and Swahiliwood adventures there is no one who commits to a bit like Bard and Vegard, so I think it's them.

If you like gimmicks, and are looking for a meme to then that's fine, but there's more to Eurovision than gimmicks. Last year's top three all had catchy songs WITH strong performances, deep meaning lyrics, variation, unique styles and great vocals.
Maybe he does have talent but, he clearly didn't show it with this song. Anyone could make this song in 20 minutes with FL studio.
