    Love the 15-20 minute express Pilates classes. Perfect when I’m short on time (can’t get out of bed😩) and still get in my Nicole workout. 😊 They’re also perfect for adding to one of the 5-10 minute abs or thigh classes.

    I loved this workout (except when my abs were burning lol) but it showed me that I need to quit being unmotivated and continue these workouts because I truly do love them, I just tend to get unmotivated and that's when its hard to start again. Thank you for doing these workouts Nicole, it has helped me tremendously feel better about myself 🤍

    Express Workouts are soooo good! Gives me peace of mind to know I did it.
    My goal is to do 30 mins each day; 15 mins workouts allow me to do it twice a day and get that much-needed break while working out. Thank you, Nicole!!

    I am so grateful for your wonderful workouts, Nicole, and I do them most days of the week. I especially like the shorter ones like this Express Pilates Workout (10-20 mins) as they fit nicely into my morning schedule. I enjoy both the full body workouts like this one as well as workouts targeted to one or two areas of the body (I rotate these on different days to cover all the bases).     I did this one after a very long and busy day of work when I almost didn't feel like working out. It was everything I could have asked for, new exciting moves, fast pace, challenging but still doable. I loved it very very much!!!!

    Nicole I just wanted to say I appreciate your videos so much. I used to do pilates regularly when I was 17 and then university, with the goal to look better, and I started the ‘fitness journey’ for years, trying different workouts and eating habits until I sort of crashed with the constant up and downs of motivation about 3 years ago, and all I could muster was the energy to stretch every morning and the occasional workout once a week when I was feeling sluggish from the lack of exercise. Then I started walking to work for a year and just those 20 mins a few times a week made me feel good, and I really wanted to get back into fitness, but with the right mindset. I wanted something I could switch up whenever I wanted to, going with the flow of my mood and what my body craved. I started your workouts a week ago and I have found the joy in feeling good with pilates, yoga and some HIIT again. I’m really looking forward to keeping this up when I start my new job soon, as I’ll need to stay fit to avoid strain. Thank you so much! 💕

    I’m an injured dancer who unfortunately never recovered in my teen years to continue until I graduated, but I am getting healthier everyday and I have to say finding your channel recently has helped me get back into that desire to move my body and fulfill that need without dance, I always felt like my dancing years meant nothing because I had nothing to show for it as my body was broken for a dancer, however, I am gaining my confidence back in seeing that I still have the ability to move like a dancer. Your videos are truly amazing and they help so many people with such different paths, bless you.

    Just wanted to say that since I found your channel a week ago, I have been working out consistently every day for the past 2 weeks for the first time since graduating from high school and college. It has been 4 years since I started moving and I LOVE your workouts!
